In 2019, to commemorate its 100th anniversary, the Frankston RSL hosted a free family fun day for 3,000 local community members. The celebration featured an array of rides, live music, community stalls, and food vendors, offering a day of entertainment and enjoyment for all ages.

Our Role
As the complete event management partner, we collaborated closely with the RSL to understand their target audience and tailored the event to suit the community’s needs. Our responsibilities included coordinating all contractors, engaging with the community, managing rides, live music, children’s activities, and overseeing event plans. We also handled permits, traffic management, and ensured comprehensive risk and safety measures were in place.“In 2019 the Frankston RSL began its association with Scarlett Mac Events under the guidance of Lisa MacGregor for our Centenary Celebration Community event. Lisa put together an event for all ages with the focus on community. Over 35 organisations were on site with food, rides, music, and community organisations presenting throughout the day. Because of her professionalism, we have continued to this day to use her services in setting up our ANZAC Day Dawn Service, March and Commemorative Service. This day can have up to 10,000 participants at the services”
