The Event:
The Seven Sisters Festival was a four-day, women-only camping festival dedicated to celebrating women’s health and wellbeing. The festival featured a diverse range of activities including workshops, art, entertainment, healing sessions, and markets. It was a vibrant gathering focused on empowerment and connection. The festival has since relocated to regional Victoria, and we are no longer involved.

Our Role
As the Festival Operations Manager, we handled all aspects of festival coordination. This included managing contractors, organizing site logistics, developing site plans, and securing event permits. We also oversaw several key roles, including the Market Coordinator, Volunteers Coordinator, Workshops Coordinator, Entertainment Coordinator, and Gates and Traffic Coordinator, ensuring smooth operation and a successful event“Lisa was the event manager for my 2019 four-day, three-night camping festival for 3,000 women, and she was exceptional. Her warmth, professionalism, and practical approach made her a true pleasure to work with. Lisa’s efficiency and keen eye for detail ensured everything ran smoothly, even under pressure.
