The Event:
Luminosity was a ticketed 10-night immersive theatrical night walk in the Briars Wildlife Sanctuary. Patrons engaged with wildlife, performers and nightscapes in this 40-minute theatre experience. At dusk, the Briars Event Lawn hosted live music and food trucks for all to enjoy. Briars by Night was a free projection trail featuring the family and the people who established the Briars Homestead. Both Luminosity and The Briars by Night were proudly supported by the DRIFT Arts Festival.

Our Role
As the complete event management partner, we were given a broad brief by the Briars team: to create an immersive experience in the sanctuary and a projection trail around the homestead, with full creative control and a firm budget. Our responsibilities included sourcing local artists and a theatre company, reviewing and refining the script, and creating detailed event and site plans. We organised all contractors, food vendors, temporary power, and musicians.
