In 2024, Ventura Bus Lines celebrated its 100th anniversary with a special, invitation-only event for past and current employees and suppliers. The celebration featured live music, carnival rides, a heritage bus display, a show ‘n’ shine, children’s activities, food trucks, and a bar, making it a memorable day of fun and reflection on Ventura’s century of service.

Our Role
As the complete event management partner, we took charge of every detail. Our responsibilities included scoping out venues, developing the budget, and coordinating contractors and entertainment—ranging from carnival rides and live music to children’s activities and the heritage bus display. We managed all aspects of the event, including crew coordination, ticketing, project planning, customer service, venue inductions, financial oversight, and risk and safety management.
